Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed.
- You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times upon order processing:
- USA Orders: 7–10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Canada: 10-14 Business Days
- Other countries: Please contact us for availability and arrangements.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Import Duties & Customs
Wardrobe Source is the Importer of Record for shipments to Australia.
This means:
- We handle all customs documentation, duties, and GST.
- You will not be contacted by customs or charged unexpected import fees.
If you are located outside Australia, import duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility. The carrier may contact you for additional information to clear your shipment.
Biosecurity & Customs Delays
We take Australian biosecurity regulations seriously.
In the rare event of delays caused by customs inspections, our team will:
- Proactively monitor your shipment status
- Liaise directly with carriers or authorities
- Keep you informed with updates and assist with any documentation required
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products — including specialty hardware and made-to-order items — we maintain a strict no returns and no cash refunds policy.
- No returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or selection errors
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- If a return is approved due to a verified fault, we will issue store credit only
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and include the original invoice
- Modified, cut, or altered products are not eligible for return
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged during shipping
- Not as described
To request assistance:
- Email arianeb@wardrobesource.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
- If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit
Please note: General wear and tear, minor finish variations, or misuse are not considered faults.
